Production Lead Time 

All jewelry at Ganison Atelier is produced by hand, one piece at a time. Most orders go out in 1-2 business days. If an item is not in stock and ready to ship, it may take up to 5 business days based on order volume.  If it's an emergency, send me a message and we'll work something out to get you your piece in a timely manner. Custom orders take 1-2 weeks to process and complete based on volume.

Shipping
Orders are shipped for free within the U.S. using USPS First Class Mail with tracking and insurance.

• International Shipping is currently not available. I hope to offer it soon! I apologize for the inconvenience.  

Priority Mail upgrades are available. 

• Orders over 75$ get a free USPS Priority Mail upgrade.   

Once tracking information is provided and an item is handed over to the carrier, please check with the carrier for shipping updates. Please note that transit times may vary. 

Return Policy

Since each item is handmade, depending on the design and variance in the natural materials, the appearance may vary slightly between multiple pieces of a particular design. 

If you are not happy with an item:

Contact me within 5 days of delivery to arrange the return. The item should be shipped back within 7 days with a tracking number. A refund will be issued upon receipt of tracking information. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned. I am happy to work with you if there's an issue to resolve.
