Domestic U.S. orders ship via USPS and are insured with tracking information. If you require your order faster, please upgrade to Priority service. 

Please be advised that mail carriers are currently experiencing delays due to the pandemic which are beyond our control. 

We also ship to APO addresses. 


Due to delays in shipping due to the pandemic and supply chain/logistics issues, we are not currently shipping Internationally. We hope to extend this service again in the future. Stay tuned!

Crafting and Packaging

Jewelry is crafted in a home-based studio. 

Jewelry items are cleaned and polished after being made. The items are then placed in a UV cleaner and packaged. 

Items are gift wrapped in jewelry boxes and pouches. Shipping boxes may contain recycled paper and/or bubble wrap to ensure items are secure inside the box throughout transit. Smaller items are shipped in bubble mailers. 

Returns & exchanges

For domestic orders you have 14 days from date of delivery to initiate a return of the item to us. 

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please return item in the original packaging (i.e. gift boxes) if possible.

We request that you provide a tracking number for returned items. You will receive your refund upon receipt of tracking number. 

*Customized/Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive in damaged condition.*

We want you to be happy with your purchase so we do ask for a chance to rectify the issue. However, if you don't want the item, you have 14 days to return it from the date of delivery confirmation and you will be refunded upon receipt of the return tracking number.


You have 24 hours from time of purchase to cancel an order. If you intended to cancel but did not do so in time, it will be treated as a return.


If you need to exchange an item (wrong size, different color, etc.) you will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Lost/Damaged Items

Insurance claims will be submitted for lost items and those damaged through shipping.

For lost items, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost once I've submitted an insurance claim with the carrier.

For damaged items, please send proof in the form of photos that show the packaging and item. A claim will be submitted with the carrier and you will have the option of a full refund or a replacement item.

Please note: If an item was one-of-a-kind or no longer available, a refund will be issued in either circumstance.
